We are seeking a dedicated HSE and Facilities Site Lead to join a leading FMCG organisation at one of its largest sites. In this influential role, you''ll oversee legal compliance, develop strategies, and foster a safety-first environment in a busy, complex operation with over 650 colleagues. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the site''s HSE strategy, policies, and procedures.Lead safety culture initiatives, engagement, and capability building across the site.Manage and develop the HSE and Facilities teams, ensuring high performance.Provide expert guidance on risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance.Support major projects requiring HSE expertise, from planning through to execution. The ideal candidate will have: NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 or equivalent HSE qualification.Strong leadership skills with experience managing safety teams in manufacturing or FMCG environments.Good knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.Proven ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
