This is a highly visible role, sitting on the site leadership team and playing a key part in shaping culture, influencing behaviours, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.This role would suit someone who enjoys being operationally visible, building relationships on the shop floor, and influencing leaders and teams without relying on hierarchy.The Health, Safety and Environment Manager will:Lead the site Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, aligned to operational and business objectivesDrive behavioural safety initiatives and help embed a proactive, prevention-focused safety cultureCoach and influence leaders and operators across the site to improve safety ownership and decision-makingLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, audits and risk management activitiesEnsure compliance with UK legislation and maintain robust HSE management systemsOversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, contractor management and security processes across the siteWork cross-functionally to improve environmental performance, including waste reduction, utilities usage and ..... full job details .....
