We are seeking a dedicated HSE & Facilities Site Lead to join a leading FMCG organisation at one of its largest sites. In this influential role, you''ll oversee legal compliance, develop strategies, and foster a safety-first environment in a busy, complex operation with over 650 colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the site''s HSE strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Lead safety culture initiatives, engagement, and capability building across the site.
• Manage and develop the HSE and Facilities teams, ensuring high performance.
• Provide expert guidance on risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance.
• Support major projects requiring HSE expertise, from planning through to execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing safety teams in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Good knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels, with excellent communication skills.
