Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting an industry leading Tier 1 Contractor with their search for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their project team based in the Southwest. This Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will work across a variety of projects, typically valuing between 10M - 100M across Bristol, Wiltshire and Somerset. About the role of Health, Safety and Environmental Manager As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the safety of project teams across the site, promoting best practice and driving HandS legislation throughout whilst pushing for continuous improvement surrounding HSE. Responsibilities for Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal standards, client expectations company standards. Support the planning and delivery team with high-risk activities. Regularly carry out safety inspections and auditsAppropriately support and advise any incidents, accidents or near misses Proactively promote and engage the team with HSE awareness and behavioural improvement Requirements for Health, Safety and Environmental ManagerPrevious experience in a similar role working on similar value schemes would be advantages, for this opportunity we would consider a HSE Advisor looking to step up.
