Health, Safety and Environmental ManagerLocation: West LondonSalary: Up to 70,000 per annum + Company Car / Car Allowance + Excellent BenefitsContract Type: Full-Time, Permanent A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance, and planned works contracts across West London.The RoleYou will be responsible for promoting a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across operational teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice.Key responsibilities include:Conducting site audits and inspections across social housing propertiesProviding HSE advice and support to operational teams and managementLeading accident, incident, and near-miss investigationsProducing reports and implementing corrective actionsSupporting compliance with ISO management systemsDelivering training, coaching, and guidance to employeesEnsuring health, safety, and environmental best practice is maintained across contractsRequirementsPrevious experience within Social Housing, Repairs and Maintenance, Facilities Management, or ConstructionNEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)NEBOSH Diploma or working towards (desirable)Experience managing HSE across multiple sitesStrong knowledge of UK health and safety legislationExcellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsFull UK Driving LicenceBenefitsCompany Car or Car ..... full job details .....
