Health, Safety and Environmental Lead

Our client is looking for a HSE Site Lead to join their growing team. If you are an ambitious Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional looking to make a visible impact in a fast-paced environment, then this may be the role for you. You will work closely with the Group HSE Manager and site leadership team, in a blend of hands-on site leadership, trend analysis, and operations administration. Main duties include: Conduct site risk assessments, review colleague hazard reports and compliance across the business Analyse HSE data to identify areas for improvement, escalating risks when necessary Lead by example, and advocate for HSE controls Maintain updated HSE reports Training - Support site inductions Qualifications and Experience Minimum IOSH Occupational Health and Safety Qualification (working towards a NEBOSH Certificate) Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Previous supervisory experience ideal Desire to work in an entry/mid-level HandS role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Our client offers an excellent benefits ..... full job details .....
