Health, Safety and Environmental Lead Shropshire Permanent Hybrid Salary £41,325 - £43,500 Seymour John are exclusively partnering with a well-established, values-driven not for profit organisation to recruit a Health, Safety and Environmental Lead.This is a key role supporting a diverse, multi-site operation, where you will take ownership of developing and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and influencing positive behavioural change.The OpportunityKey responsibilities will include:Develop, implement and continually improve health, safety and environmental policies in line with current legislation Lead on risk assessments, fire safety compliance and statutory obligations across multiple sites Oversee accident reporting, investigations and ensure timely regulatory reporting Conduct site inspections, audits and hazard reporting processes Deliver engaging health and safety training programmes to staff at all levels Maintain accurate records relating to incidents, compliance and training Liaise with external bodies including regulatory authorities and specialist advisors Support contractor management processes, including compliance under CDM regulations Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across the organisationPersonal ProfileWe''re looking for a proactive and pragmatic professional who can influence and ..... full job details .....
