Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator Leicester £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Purpose of the role The purpose of this HSE Co-ordinator role is to support multi-site operations by strengthening the organisation''s safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all EHS activities. The role focuses on promoting safe behaviours, managing risk, delivering training, conducting audits and investigations, and maintaining accurate reporting and plays a key part in advancing environmental sustainability through waste reduction, responsible resource management, and regulatory compliance. This role would suit an already established HSE coordinator, but the company is also keen to internally develop the right candidate, either through an apprenticeship or external qualifications. Scope of the role This roles scope includes multiple operational sites, safety and environmental compliance, staff training, audits, incident investigations, and sustainability initiatives. The HSE Coordinator role is focused on health, safety and environmental performance.
