Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator

This role combines Health, Safety and Environmental coordination with process engineering responsibilities within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will help strengthen safety and environmental performance, maintain management systems and contribute to operational improvements while supporting production teams and driving continuous improvement across site activities.Who This Role Would Suit This position would suit a proactive professional who enjoys both strategic and hands-on work in a manufacturing setting. It is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards who also has an interest in process improvement, problem solving and supporting production teams to achieve operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the site lead for Health, Safety and Environmental mattersMaintain and manage ISO management systems and compliance requirementsConduct internal and external HSE audits and implement improvementsSupport manufacturing operations through process documentation and guidancePromote a strong safety culture through training, communication and leadershipProvide daily manufacturing instruction to the shopfloor in the form of procedures and work instructions.Provide support to RandD and any new process implementations.Requirements.
