Health, Safety and Environmental Co-ordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Health, Safety and Environmental Co-ordinator to join our team and support the delivery of effective health, safety and environmental practices across the business.Working closely with the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are followed, while promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.Carrying out and reviewing risk assessments for new and existing processes.Assisting with the development and implementation of safe working procedures.Investigating accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences and identifying actions to prevent recurrence.Coordinating health, safety and environmental activities, procedures and policies.Keeping up to date with relevant HSE legislation and supporting legal compliance.Carrying out workplace audits, including work equipment and PPE safety checks.Advising managers and employees on HSE matters, safe working practices and risk controls.Assisting with health and safety training and ensuring relevant training requirements are met.Supporting the company''s Integrated Management System and helping to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied.Liaising with ..... full job details .....
