The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to oversee and continuously improve our health, safety, and environmental management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated HSE professional to work closely with site management and employees, ensuring legal compliance while promoting a positive safety culture throughout our feed manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain the site''s Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. Ensure compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation. Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Develop and deliver health and safety training and awareness programmes. Maintain accurate HSE records and statutory documentation.
