Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience 37.5 hours per week Permanent We are delighted to be supporting a leading technology-focused manufacturing organisation in the appointment of an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. This is a key leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the organisation''s HSE strategy while playing a central role in developing a proactive, positive and continually improving health, safety and environmental culture. Reporting to a senior member of the leadership team, you will provide strategic direction alongside hands-on operational leadership, working closely with leaders and employees across the business to ensure high standards of HSE performance, compliance and employee engagement. The Role As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the organisation''s HSE strategy, ensuring that statutory obligations and management system requirements are consistently met. You will be responsible for: Leading the development of a positive and proactive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the organisation. Providing expert HSE advice, guidance and support to leaders and colleagues at all levels. Maintaining and managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification and associated management systems.
