The role is focused on supporting a positive health and safety culture and improving health and safety performance across the company.Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include:Supporting the ongoing review and improvement of health, safety and environmental management systems in line with company policyAssisting with audits, inspections and investigations, identifying opportunities for improvementSupporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental initiatives and company-wide campaignsRegularly visiting sites, monitoring health, safety and environmental performance and promoting best practiceThe successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:Experience in a similar health, safety and environment role within waste, heavy industrial or a related industryNEBOSH certificate or equivalent and ideally membership of a relevant professional body such as IOSHThe ability to influence and engage with all levels ..... full job details .....
