This is a key role responsible for driving Health and Safety, statutory compliance and building safety standards across the business.We''re particularly keen to hear from candidates from residential property, BTR, PBSA, housing, facilities management, estates, healthcare estates or other complex multi-site environments.The RoleWorking closely with senior leadership, operational teams and contractors, you''ll act as the business''s Health, Safety and Compliance expert, combining strategic oversight with a practical, hands-on approach.You''ll be responsible for:Leading HandS and statutory compliance across the property portfolio.Supporting compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and higher-risk building requirements.Managing building safety documentation, including the Golden Thread.Overseeing compliance across fire, asbestos, legionella, gas and electrical safety.Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments.Identifying compliance risks and driving remedial actions through to completion.Managing contractor compliance, RAMS and CDM requirements.Supporting incident investigations, reporting and continuous ..... full job details .....
