Fresh Start Waste Services is looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Advisor to join the team and provide practical, hands-on support to managers across the business. This isn''t a role that''s simply about policies and paperwork. You will be working closely with operational teams, helping managers understand their responsibilities, identifying areas for improvement and making sure good Health and Safety practice becomes part of everyday working life. The role is 22.5 hours per week, ideally worked as 4.5 hours per day across Monday to Friday, making it a great opportunity for an experienced HandS professional looking for a part-time position while still taking ownership of a varied and responsible workload.
