Health, Safety and Compliance Administrator
Our client in Cardiff is recruiting for a Health, Safety and Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone with excellent administration experience, excellent computer skills, and someone who is keen to develop with lots of opportunity for promotion.This is a key role, ensuring that health and safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements are maintained across the business.What you''ll be doing:Maintaining health, safety, and compliance recordsSupporting risk assessments, audits, and inspectionsAssisting in the development and implementation of policies and proceduresMonitoring and reporting on compliance across the businessLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulations are metSupporting training programmes related to health, safety, and complianceWhat we''re looking for:Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailGood communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teamsKnowledge of health, safety, and compliance legislation is preferred, but training can be providedA proactive, problem-solving mindsetAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelySalary and Benefits: Salary is 25,000 plus excellent benefits, including:Private Medical Insurance.Company pension scheme.Group income protection.23 days holiday plus bank holidays.Life cover (4 x basic salary).Free on-site parking.Excellent reward and recognition scheme.Genuine opportunities to grow and ..... full job details .....
