Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager (HSW) - Data Centres!-

Location: Buckinghamshire (Site-Based)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

The Shore Group is working with a leading M&E contractor that is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to join one of its data centre projects in Buckinghamshire.

Our client is looking to appoint an individual as soon as possible, ideally with experience in data centres and/or critical infrastructure. This particular programme is scheduled to run through to July 2027.

What We''re Looking For

• NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent) Health & Safety professional.
• Strong construction background, ideally gained on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
• Solid working knowledge of CDM 2015 and experience supporting M&E contractors on live construction sites.
• Confident engaging with site teams, supply chain partners, and client representatives, with the ability to drive a positive health and safety culture.
