Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor

Location: London | Sector: Construction & Fit-Out

The Role

As a SHE Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a positive health, safety and environmental culture across sites and supply chain.
• Supporting project teams with inspections, audits, risk assessments and method statements.
• Delivering toolbox talks, training and guidance on SHE best practice.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Liaising with regulators, clients and auditors where required.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar SHE role in construction.
• NEBOSH Construction (essential).
• Experience in inspections, investigations and delivering training.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to sites across the UK and ROI.

Desirable extras include: IOSH/IIRSM membership, Temporary Works or Scaffolding Inspection knowledge, BREEAM awareness, or Mental Health First Aid.
