This is a key, site based role where you will play a hands on part in maintaining and improving health, safety and environmental standards across a busy production environment. You will be instrumental in driving a positive safety culture, influencing behaviours and ensuring compliance across the site. Key Responsibilities * Carry out site audits, toolbox talks and support the review and development of risk assessments and safe systems of work * Investigate accidents, incidents and non conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions * Support more serious investigations including near misses and major incidents * Assist with the development and maintenance of ISO45001 and ISO14001 systems and documentation * Promote a strong health, safety, environmental and wellbeing culture across site * Act as lead HSE advisor in the absence of the Manager * Monitor safety data, producing monthly reports and trend analysis ...
