Provide specialist evidence-based advice to the Health Intelligence Team within the Public Health Directorate.Demonstrate a strong recent track record in analytical and problem-solving skills, data manipulation and retrieval using large datasets, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex information.Requirements / Qualifications
Gained specialist knowledge and experience of epidemiological, analytical, and/or statistical techniques through a degree level qualification, or equivalent work experience.Demonstrate additional relevant specialist knowledge acquired through training and relevant experience to postgraduate diploma level, or equivalent.Ability to travel throughout Tayside is required for the post.Practical and results-focused, flexible and adaptable to changing demands/workload, and willing to learn to actively seek and digest information.Employment details
Hours of work: 37 hours per weekFixed Term/Secondment for 12 monthsCurrent NHS Tayside Employees: Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.How to apply / Additional information
