The post holder will lead in community engagement across the city, as well as providing public health input into the wider community, including school and work-based settings.The post will contribute to the development of community-led activities to support public health improvements for children and young people, through:Helping to engage with community groups.Facilitate development and implementation of public health-related projects;Use evidence-based practice and local intelligence data (e.g. the JSNA) to inform and support community-led initiatives.The position is mostly based around children and young people with a heavy focus on the under 5s.
