You''ll inspire, coach, and guide them to overcome challenges, gain confidence, and secure meaningful work.Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of customers, conducting ongoing Needs Assessments and creating tailored Action Plans.Coach and motivate individuals to develop job-seeking skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job applications.Engage with local employers to match participants with suitable job opportunities.Provide in-work support to ensure long-term success and job retention.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers have access to a range of support services.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to track customer progress.Qualifications

Experience in coaching, mentoring, or delivering Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG).Empathy and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.Experience in a performance-driven environment.Knowledge of local job markets and recruitment practices.Minimum Level 3 IAG or equivalent qualification (or willingness to work towards it).Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Equality, Diversity and Disability
