As Health Club and Spa Manager, you\''ll take full ownership of a thriving wellness destination - driving retail revenue, boosting membership, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service, whether they\''re indulging in a single treatment, relaxing on a spa weekend, or working out in the health club. You\''ll lead a passionate team by example, actively supporting them on the floor and ensuring they\''re continuously trained to deliver treatments to the highest standards. From energising group classes to maintaining impeccable health and safety, you\''ll shape a space that inspires loyalty, wellbeing, and excellence.Is this the role for me?

You''ll have previous experience managing a SpaNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualificationElemis and Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonusWe are also looking for previous health club experienceCommercially minded with the ability to drive membershipsStrong compliance, health and safety and legislation knowledgeA qualification in Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor and Pool Plant/Pool Responder/Lifeguard is preferred but we\''ll also offer trainingPeople management experienceCurious to find out more?Oxford Belfry Hotel and Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4-star, 154-bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar and lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
