Manager / Health Club Manager

to lead a small, friendly gym near Kilburn, North London. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership sales and retention, and create an outstanding gym experience for members.

Experience requiredA proven track record in managing a team of sales staff within a high-quality service or sales-led environment, from any commercial business sector, and will thrive working within a very structured and successful sales process. The ability to coach, train, and develop a team of like-minded, performance-driven sales staff so outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee club operations, cleanliness and equipment maintenance

Coordinate personal trainers and fitness programs

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in sales and customer service in high-quality service or sales environment from any commercial business sector

Strong communication and team management skills

Passion for fitness and member engagement

Health Club Management / Gym Manager Experience is great but not essential
