The Role As a Healthcare Trainer / Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training and assessing the competency of new and existing care staff. You will ensure our teams remain compliant with regulatory requirements while developing their practical skills and knowledge across key areas of health and social care. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver mandatory healthcare training, including safeguarding, moving and handling, first aid and other essential subjects. Deliver specialist training across areas such as dementia care, medication, person-centred care and end-of-life care. Conduct practical assessments, competency checks and knowledge assessments.
