Coordinating care and staffing to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Managing staff rotas and responding to urgent staffing requests. Matching the right staff to the right shifts while maintaining high standards of care. Working closely with care teams across supported living, residential care and nursing services. Monitoring staffing levels and escalating any risks or concerns where appropriate. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality and person-centred care principles. Communicating effectively with staff, clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Using electronic rostering systems and Microsoft Office to manage schedules and maintain accurate records. Remaining calm and solution-focused when dealing with last-minute changes or emergencies. Experience/qualifications required: Previous experience in a Healthcare Co-ordinator, Care Co-ordinator or similar role. Experience of care or shift coordination, staffing, recruitment and rostering.
