Join Millennium Staffing – Domiciliary Healthcare Assistants Wanted

We are Millennium Staffing, a specialist healthcare staffing agency. We are currently looking for experienced Domiciliary Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support one of our key clients in Ashby.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting clients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting* Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature* Providing mobility support and using equipment to assist with movement where required* Performing light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients* Offering companionship, emotional support, and reassurance* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals* Attending team meetings and reporting any changes in a client’s condition to the Care Manager* Maintaining professional standards and adhering to all care guidelines and protocols

*Requirements:*

* Polish-speaking* Previous experience in domiciliary or home care* A valid and up-to-date DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)* Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
