An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Assistant to join the stroke rehab team on ward 21 at Fairfield General Hospital.The stroke rehab ward is a busy environment where patients are transferred from the acute stroke unit for rehabilitation and discharge planning.We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support our patients with all aspects of daily living and to encourage independence where possible.Ideal candidates should have good time-keeping skills, be able to work well in a team, and also use their own initiative, with patient care at the centre of all work.This role requires working over a 24-hour basis, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.Changes to UK immigration policy from 9th April 2025 increased the minimum salary threshold for Health and Care Worker Visa sponsorship applications from £23,200 to £25,000.
