About the role: We are looking for experienced care assistants to work for a leading care provider in the local area, to work with adults with various complex needs. This will be done within a within a care home setting working as a team member around Leeds and Harrogate, also the surrounding areas. Duties will include: To create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the adults, enabling them to develop their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives. To provide a stimulating environment, implementing educational, personal and social development of the adults Contributing to the resident''s care plans and risk assessments Support residents with personal care and manual handling To meet the emotional and physical needs of our residents and maximise opportunities for their development Promote independence and support residents with daily tasks SHIFTS: include days and nights. Locations: Harrogate and Leeds Pay Rate: FROM £12.82 /HR This is an ongoing temporary role Candidate requirements: A minimum of 12 months of working experience within care setting in the UK. Trained to use hoist and rotunda Operate with a caring, compassionate, and empathetic attitude. Excellent timekeeping and communication skills. The ability to accurately follow instructions and keep records.
