The Role As a Health Care Assistant with iCare24, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs while ensuring their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing are always prioritised. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Supporting service users with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs. Monitoring and reporting changes in service users'' health and wellbeing. Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately. Promoting dignity, respect, privacy, and independence at all times. Following care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety guidelines. Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
