Key Responsibilities and Duties Nutrition: Serving meals, helping feed patients, and promoting healthy nutritional intake. Patient Comfort: Making beds, keeping rooms clean, and providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Communication and Safety: Reporting any significant changes in a patient''s condition to senior staff immediately. Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, showering, dressing, and toileting. Clinical Support: Monitoring and recording patient conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight), changing dressings, and assisting with clinical tasks. Mobility Assistance: Helping patients move around, including using hoists, lifting equipment, or transferring from beds to wheelchairs .
