Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.Supporting with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and mobility assistance.Administering medication safely in line with policy and training.Providing specialist support with PEG feeding, catheter management, stoma care, and tracheostomy care as required.Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of daily living.Building trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting individual needs and preferences.Accurately recording and reporting care delivered, incidents, and changes in client wellbeing.Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the care team.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care, we would love to hear from ..... full job details .....
