No Problem!We provide full, paid training – including our award-winning induction programme – and ongoing support so you feel confident and valued in your role.What You’ll Do:You’ll support older adults in the Lincoln area with a wide range of daily activities, always with kindness, dignity, and respect.Typical duties include:Friendly companionship and conversationPersonal care and daily routinesMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersHelp with local errands or outingsAll visits are at least 1 hour long – so you’ll have time to build relationships and provide quality care.Qualifications
