Responsibilities

• Assist-residents-with-personal-care-tasks,-including-bathing,-dressing,-and-grooming.
• Support-individuals-with-mobility-and-transfers-as-needed.
• Help-implement-and-monitor-care-plans-tailored-to-each-resident''s-needs.
• Maintain-accurate-records-of-daily-activities-and-any-changes-in-residents''-conditions.
• Communicate-effectively-with-residents,-families,-and-other-healthcare-professionals.
• Ensure-a-clean-and-safe-environment-for-all-residents-by-adhering-to-health-and-safety-protocols.
• Participate-in-training-sessions-to-enhance-your-skills-and-knowledge-in-healthcare-practices.
• Drive-residents-to-appointments-or-activities-as-required,-ensuring-their-comfort-and-safety-during-transport.

Experience

• Previous-experience-in-a-care-home-or-home-care-setting-is-desirable-but-not-essential.
• A-good-understanding-of-care-plans-and-the-ability-to-follow-them-accurately-is-beneficial.
• Proficiency-in-English-is-required-for-effective-communication-with-residents-and-colleagues.
• Basic-IT-skills-are-advantageous-for-maintaining-records-and-documentation.
