Health Care Assistant AMU

Overview

We are looking for compassionate, caring and committed individuals to provide a high standard of patient care. As a Health Care Assistant, you will assist patients with activities of daily living under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and help transfer patients to other departments or wards within the Hospital. Our clinical induction will develop your knowledge and skills in the role under a supportive team, and on completion of skills assessments you will be able to take part in additional clinical skills pertinent to your role.Responsibilities

Assist patients in meeting their activities of daily living under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.Assist with the transfer of patients to other departments or wards within the Hospital.Complete the clinical induction and development of knowledge and skills in the role under supervision.Upon completion of skills assessments, participate in additional clinical skills relevant to the role.About Stockport NHS Foundation Trust
