Health Care Assistant

Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Duties

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.

Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident''s needs.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents'' conditions to senior staff.

Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Drive to various locations as required for home care visits or training sessions.

Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.

A good command of English is essential for effective communication with residents and colleagues.

Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using healthcare software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with residents and their families.

A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that require travel between locations.
