This support aims to empower participants take steps towards returning to work, or to stay in work, while managing a physical or mental health condition. _ Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties: The main duty of the role is to provide one-to-one personalised wellbeing and employability coaching and support to Lewisham residents on the Lewisham Works WorkWell programme participants.
