The right candidate will: Assessing a persons employability and wellbeing, using such tools as the EQ5DL Creating personalised action plans with participants, Providing referrals and/or signposting to other suitable support services, Providing health and wellbeing advice, Providing career guidance, Offering employment advice (e.g. CVs, job search, interview techniques), Helping participants identify workplace adjustments to support health needs, Carrying out health and wellbeing assessments.
