Join us as a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner at HMP Brixton, working full-time (35 hours per week) to deliver vital drug and alcohol recovery support to men in prison. You’ll play a key role in helping people address substance misuse, improve their wellbeing and prepare for a positive future beyond prison. What you’ll be doing Manage a caseload, completing assessments and developing individual care and recovery plans. Deliver one-to-one interventions, group sessions and structured treatment programmes. Provide harm reduction advice and support to people experiencing drug and alcohol misuse. Work with healthcare professionals and partner agencies to coordinate care and support successful resettlement. Monitor progress, maintain accurate records and contribute to service targets and quality standards.
