Job Role: Health and Wellbeing Advisor Location: Devon (Field-Based) Regular travel throughout the designated area required. Salary: £31,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 37 hours per week Role Overview Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers, build confidence and create positive, lasting change? We are recruiting a dedicated and person-centred Health and Wellbeing Advisor (Progression Advisor) to join an innovative employment and wellbeing programme supporting individuals whose health conditions, disabilities, wellbeing challenges or life circumstances have impacted their confidence, independence and participation. As a Health and Wellbeing Advisor (Progression Advisor), you will build trusted relationships with participants, providing tailored coaching and practical support that helps people move forward at a pace that works for them. Rather than focusing solely on employment outcomes, you will support individuals to improve wellbeing, develop healthy routines, build resilience, increase community participation and explore future opportunities, including employment where appropriate. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists, Wellbeing Specialists and Employment Professionals, you will act as the participant''s primary point of contact, coordinating support and helping individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable progress.
