Health and Social Lecturer

Humly are working with a College in Newcastle who require a dedicated, enthusiastic and qualified person to take on the role of Lecturer in Health and Social Care The main responsibilities of this role include the delivery and assessment of high quality learning programmes in Health, across a range of levels of further education, higher education and / or apprenticeship provision, as well as undertaking a range of programme leadership, tutorial and programme administration duties. This post requires a strong background in Health and Social Care and the candidate must have proven track record of professional / vocational expertise in the Health sector. The candidate must be qualified to honours degree level (Level 6) or qualified to the industry-recognised standard in a relevant field, and English and maths qualifications at level 2, or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe. It is desirable that the candidate has experience of effective programme leadership in FE, HE and / or Apprenticeships and has a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice. ..... full job details .....
