Currently, we are actively seeking a Health and Social Care Trainer.As a Health and Social Care Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to our service users. The Health and Social Care Trainer will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:1. Care Certificate Training Delivery:Conducting training sessions for new and existing staff members on the Care Certificate, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Facilitating training programmes related to staff competency assessment, care plan development, and risk assessment protocols.The Health and Social Care Trainer will ensure all training is delivered effectively and professionally.2. First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS):Providing comprehensive training in First Aid and BLS techniques, including CPR, to ensure staff members are prepared to respond effectively to medical emergencies.3.
