In this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (BTEC / Cambridge National / A-Level qualifications). You will foster an inspiring learning environment that encourages young women to pursue rewarding pathways in health, social care, nursing, childcare, and related higher education disciplines. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Health and Social Care in line with exam board specifications (e.g., Pearson BTEC / OCR). Student Progression: Track student attainment, mark coursework, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential. Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of behavior, building strong, positive relationships within an all-girls secondary learning environment.
