The Role

The Health and Social Care Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging and practical Health and Social Care lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 (BTEC/GCSE/A-Level).
• Guide students through essential topics such as communication, values, care principles, and human development.
• Prepare students for further education or careers in health and social care.
• Organise relevant enrichment activities, guest speakers, or work experience opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a qualified Health and Social Care Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:

• Possesses strong subject knowledge and practical experience (desirable but not essential).
• Is able to make real-world connections and inspire students towards caring professions.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and the ability to support diverse learners.
