This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate educator who thrives on supporting young people as they prepare for future careers in healthcare, early years education, social work, and the wider care sector. You will be delivering both Health & Social Care and Childcare Studies at Level 2 and Level 3, supporting learners in developing the knowledge and skills needed for success in vocational pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Health & Social Care and Childcare Studies

• Support students through coursework and vocational assessments

• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and guidance

• Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance

• Promote safeguarding, inclusivity, and professional standards in teaching

Candidate Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTLS, or equivalent)

• Subject specialism in Health & Social Care and/or Childcare

• Experience teaching in a post-16 or further education environment

• Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

• A commitment to inclusive teaching and student success
