Care Service Manager – Adults with Autism & Complex Needs
Location: Loughborough / Leicestershire
Full-Time | 42 hours per week

Are you an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for supporting vulnerable adults, including young people aged 16–17, with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs?
We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Service Manager to join our client’s growing team and lead a high-quality, person-centered care service in Loughborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding, person-centered care.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and ensure individualised support for each service user.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, health & safety legislation, and other statutory requirements.
- Take charge of staff recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Build strong working relationships with families, professionals, and local authorities.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns, manage complaints, and implement service improvements.
- Manage staff rotas effectively to maintain safe staffing levels.
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year management experience in a care or support setting (e.g., Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager).
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Proven experience supporting adults or young people with autism, challenging behaviour, or complex needs.
- A positive, proactive approach to person-centered care.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the service and contribute to a positive team culture.
