This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nurse seeking to transition into a rewarding teaching role, shaping future professionals in the health and social care sector. The Role You will join a vibrant and successful Health and Social Care department, delivering teaching across: • Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health • BTEC Health and Social Care Levels 1, 2 and 3 Utilising your clinical knowledge and experience, you will inspire and prepare learners (mainly aged 16-19) for further education and careers within health and social care. Full support is offered for those without a Level 5 FE teaching qualification to achieve this. Person Specification • Degree in Nursing (essential) • Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration • Recent or current clinical experience in health and/or social care • Some teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred • Level 5 teaching qualification (DET, PGCE or equivalent) desirable or willingness to work towards supported by the college • Sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates Why Join?
