This is an ongoing opportunity for an experienced lecturer or health and social care professional with strong knowledge of Level 3 BTEC and T Level Health qualifications.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in post-16 education, vocational teaching, or industry experience within health and social care who are passionate about supporting learner achievement and progression.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across Level 3 BTEC Health and Social Care and T Level Health programmes. You will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the ongoing development of the health and social care curriculum.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality teaching to learners aged 16+ across Level 3 BTEC and T Level Health programmes.Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment materials in line with awarding body requirements.Assess and internally verify learner work accurately against qualification criteria.Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement and progression.Maintain ..... full job details .....
