A dynamic and inclusive Further Education college in East London is seeking a Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students studying Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualifications and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed for a rewarding career in care.
 
��??? The Role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Health and Social Care
• Teach across BTEC, vocational, and possibly T-Level programmes
• Support students academically and pastorally throughout their studies
• Track progress and contribute to assessment, planning, and curriculum development
• Prepare learners for real-world careers in care and health services

? Candidate Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) – Essential
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Health and Social Care
• Experience teaching in FE or a vocational training environment
• Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills
• Passionate about inclusive education and empowering young adults

�� Desirable:

• Assessor or IQA qualification
• Experience with T-Levels or apprenticeships
• Background in the health or social care industry
