This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator or industry professional to support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.Based in Brighton, you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes, helping students develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required for further study and employment within the sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons across Levels 1-3 (and higher levels where applicable).Assess student work, provide constructive feedback and monitor learner progress.Support students to achieve their academic potential through high-quality teaching and pastoral guidance.Develop and maintain high-quality learning resources using a variety of teaching methods.Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding throughout all teaching activities.Maintain accurate student records, attendance and assessment documentation.Participate in curriculum development, quality assurance activities and departmental meetings.Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner ..... full job details .....
